Eggmed's task management system helps streamline your workflow by allowing you to create and assign tasks efficiently. Whether it's managing your personal to-do list, assigning tasks to team members, or keeping track of client-related tasks, Eggmed makes it easy. Below, we’ll guide you through the three entry points for creating tasks and explain the process in detail.
The tasks page serves as the primary hub for managing all your tasks. To create a new task, click on the “Add task” button. This action opens a slideout where you can enter the details of the task.
You can customize the task by providing the following information:
After filling in the necessary details, save the task to have it appear on the tasks page under its designated status column.
The Tasks tab within a client’s profile allows you to view and manage tasks specific to that client. To create a new task, click on the “Add task” button within this tab. The same slideout form will appear, pre-associating the task with the client whose profile you’re viewing.
Tasks created here follow the same process as those on the tasks page, but they will automatically appear in the selected client’s Tasks tab. This makes it easier to keep client-related tasks organized and accessible.
The dashboard offers a quick way to create tasks that are general or related to all clients. Clicking the “Add task” button here opens the same slideout form used on the tasks page.
Tasks created from the dashboard are not tied to a specific client unless you manually select a client in the Client field during creation. This entry point is ideal for team-wide or general tasks not specific to a single client.
