Eggmed offers an intuitive and feature-rich interface that helps you efficiently manage your practice. Here's an overview of each tab, explaining its key features and functionality. Explore how each section works and see where it fits into your daily workflow.
The Dashboard is what you see when you log into Eggmed. It provides a first-glance overview of all the essentials:
It also includes shortcuts to quickly add clients, schedule sessions, and modify your working hours. For first-time users, the dashboard will feature a demo client named Virginia Worrymore, complete with scheduled appointments, logged activities, and other data for you to explore. This demo client is there for you to try out the app and can be deactivated by clicking the top banner or going to Settings > Practice Settings > Demo Client.
The Schedule tab offers a weekly view of your calendar, showing past and upcoming sessions as well as events. You can create, cancel, and reschedule sessions and events with ease. For recurring events, set up patterns, and drag-and-drop sessions to reschedule them quickly. You can also change time zones and sort through any scheduling conflicts using the Conflict button. The view can be adjusted by week, month, or day. Additionally, you have the option to sync your calendar with external calendars through one-way or two-way sync.
In the Tasks tab, you’ll find a kanban board that organizes your tasks into To Do, In Progress, and Done columns. You can create tasks, assign them to team members, and if a task is related to a specific client, you can select that client from a dropdown menu. Tasks can also be prioritized, described in detail, and have files attached for better tracking.
The Clients tab provides a table with all your clients. Clicking on a client opens their profile, where you can view all their past, upcoming, and future sessions, as well as records, activities, and tasks related to them. This is your central hub for everything client-related, and you can also write notes and manage details efficiently.
The Inbox is where all your conversations with clients and team members are stored. You can have multiple conversations with the same person or group, with each conversation organized by topic. This setup keeps your communications organized and makes it easier to track different discussions.
In the Finances tab, you get an overview of all financial activities: received payments, pending payments, refunds, and waived payments. You can filter the view by time periods (12 months, 30 days, 7 days, or 24 hours) and see a table of all sessions with their payment statuses. From this tab, you can send payment reminders, waive payments, create invoices, and issue superbills for insurance clients.
The Settings tab is where you can customize your experience on Eggmed. You’ll find settings for your account, such as changing your password, contact information, and notification preferences. In the practice settings, you can manage your working hours, calendar sync, services offered, and team settings. This tab also includes configuration for tags and templates, as well as payment and subscription settings.
By familiarizing yourself with each of these tabs, you can seamlessly manage every aspect of your practice through Eggmed, from scheduling and tasks to client communication and finances. Each tab is designed to make your workflow more efficient and keep you organized.
