Managing session/event conflicts in Eggmed

In busy schedules, overlapping sessions or events can happen, but Eggmed’s conflict management feature helps you handle them with ease. This tool highlights any sessions or events that overlap, allowing you to reschedule, remove conflicts, or notify clients as needed—keeping your calendar organized and stress-free.

Steps to manage conflicts

1. Identify Conflicts: If there are overlapping sessions or events, a Conflict Indicator will appear, showing the number of conflicts directly on the Schedule tab.

2. View Conflicts: Click the Conflict button to open a sidebar displaying all sessions and events with timing conflicts. Here, you’ll see details such as the clients involved and timing specifics.

3. Resolve Conflicts: For each conflict, you can choose from a few quick actions:

1. Message the Client: Send a message to inform the client about the scheduling issue directly from the conflict sidebar.
2. Reschedule: Click to adjust the timing, dragging and dropping the session to a new available slot that fits both your schedule and the client’s.
3. Delete Session/Event: If the session or event is no longer necessary, remove it entirely to free up the calendar.
