Rescheduling sessions & events

Managing changes to your schedule is effortless with Eggmed's rescheduling feature. Whether you're adjusting a session with a client or updating a personal event, Eggmed makes it simple to edit dates and times while keeping your calendar organized.

Rescheduling sessions

You can reschedule sessions from three main areas:

1. From the schedule tab

Navigate to the Schedule tab and click on a session you wish to reschedule. Ensure the session is in the future; past sessions cannot be rescheduled. A popup will appear.

Click on the Edit icon to open the session details in a slidout.Update the date and time as needed.

If the session is recurring, you’ll see a popup asking if you want to apply changes to this session only or all sessions in the series.

2. From the client's profile ( under the General tab)

Open the Clients tab and select the relevant client. In the General tab, locate the Upcoming Sessions section and click Edit next to the session. The slidout will open for you to update the session date and time.

3. From the client's profile (sessions tab)

Open the Sessions tab in the client's profile. Locate the appointment card under Sessions or use the table of all upcoming sessions below. Click Edit to open the slidout and adjust the session details.

Rescheduling events

Events can only be rescheduled from the Schedule tab:

Click on the event in the calendar. A popup will display all event details. Click the Edit icon. A slidout will open where you can modify the event's date and time. Once done, click Save to finalize the changes.
