Welcome to Eggmed! The dashboard is your central hub, designed to streamline your workflow and make managing your practice effortless and efficient. With its intuitive layout, you can easily access all the essential tools you need, saving time and staying organized as you handle your daily tasks.

Navigating the interface

At the top of the interface, you’ll find a Search bar that allows you to quickly search for clients. Below the search bar, there are three shortcuts to streamline your workflow:

• Add Client: Quickly add new clients to your system.
• Schedule Session: Set up a session with a few clicks.
• Change Working Hours: Modify your availability as needed.

Upcoming sessions

Under the Upcoming Sessions section, you can view all your upcoming appointments at a glance. This section helps you stay organized by letting you know what’s coming up. You can also create new sessions directly from here by clicking the appropriate button.

Recent messages

In the Recent Messages section, you can browse through your recent conversations with your clients or team members. Whether you're catching up on messages or starting a new conversation, this section makes client communication easy and accessible.

My finances

The My Finances section gives you a detailed overview of your finances. You can see:

• Received payments
• Pending payments
• Refunds
• Waived payments

You also have the option to filter this information by time period—choose from the past 12 months, 30 days, 7 days, or even the last 24 hours.

My tasks

Organize and track your tasks using the My Tasks section, which features a kanban-style board with two tabs: To Do and In Progress. You can:

• Create new tasks
• Change the status of existing tasks
• Preview task details
• Filter tasks by priority

This setup helps you keep track of what’s important and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Shortcuts

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll find the same three handy shortcuts:

• Add Client
• Schedule Session
• Change Working Hours
